What counts as a search
One new question is one search. Opening Hotfix, Full Repair and Library for that question, or changing its language, does not count again. Clicking a suggested rewrite starts a new question, so that counts as a search.
Questions
- Why do I need an account for the free searches?
- Without one, a few scripts and VPN users took most of the searches, and everyone else paid for it in waiting time. An email address keeps the free tier fair.
- Is tax added?
- Stripe adds VAT or sales tax where your country requires it, and shows it before you pay.
- How do I cancel?
- On your account page, under Manage subscription. Stripe handles the card and the invoices; we never see your card number.
